Location: Edgewater Developer - Joondalup Gate Pty Ltd Builder - Merit Projects This Contract undertaken for Merit Projects was a challenge given that the majority of the sewer and stormwater services where installed up to 6.5 metres deep. Also included within the contract was considerable fire and water services within the ground to provide for future extensions of the whole Joondalup Gate development. Now the home of Freedom Furniture and many other retail outlets.

Madison Apartments Location: Joondalup Developer - Australand Builder - Resolute Constructions These 90 units developed by Australand and built by Resolute Constructions involved major excavation work with most of the sewer laid at nearly 5 metres deep. This project also involved extensive fire fighting services and stormwater drainage. Generally the Leeway Group has had 4 - 5 plumbers on this project full time to meet the expected completion date of November, 2001.
